Who am I?

My name is Monica Cole.  I am a wife to a wonderfully supportive husband and a mom to 4 little people who remind me every day how imperfect motherhood is.  I get frustrated, I yell, I cry, I love them fiercely.  Sometimes I hide in my closet to eat red vines and peanut butter M&M's.  I am human.  I use thought work to elevate my experience as a mother and an individual.  Finding this work has helped me overcome the damning affects of depression and self doubt.  I became a Life Coach to help other mothers believe for themselves that they are worthy, they are capable, and they are good, exactly the way they are.

A better question is what can't a life coach do for you?  I will support you in finding and creating the life you always wished you could have.  By building a relationship with my clients, I can help you stay motivated and on-task, helping you move toward your long term far-reaching goals.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Show up! It's amazing what can happen in our lives when we just show up. Be on time, do the work, and the results will speak for themselves.
